After completion of his surgical residency in 2018, Dr. Bloomberg began practicing at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Des Moines, IA. He also serves as a faculty member with the University of Iowa Department of Ophthalmology, where he has been active in training the next generation of ophthalmologists through his office in Des Moines. He has an extensive medical and surgical background treating complex patients, with a focus on procedural intervention for cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.
