Dr. Chad M. Pfohl is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with Oral Surgery Associates of Iowa City. A native of Dubuque, Iowa, he earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Iowa and his dental degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Dr. Pfohl performs a full scope of oral surgery with particular interests in dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, office-based anesthesia, oral pathology, and maxillofacial trauma. In addition to private practice, he serves on staff at Mercy Hospital of Iowa City and is involved in resident teaching through the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
He performs outpatient oral surgery procedures at Iowa City Ambulatory Surgery Center.
