About Dr. Chesnokova

Born in Ukraine, Dr. Chesnokova came to Iowa in 2005. She earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in 2013 and continued her training at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinic (UIHC).

When she’s not in the OR, Dr. Chesnokova can be found spending time with her two children, training for her first marathon, and enjoying family trips.
